For nearly three decades, I’ve been devoted to one question:
What creates lasting transformation?
Not another breakthrough that fades a week later.
Not temporary motivation.
But the kind of change that reshapes the way you live, love, lead, and experience yourself.
That question has guided every chapter of my life—from military service and trauma recovery to decades of studying the body, consciousness, human behavior, and the nervous system.
My path wasn’t linear.
It began in the United States Navy during Desert Storm, where I learned to identify threats through sonar, radar, and complex systems.
What I didn’t realize then was that my own nervous system had become wired to detect danger everywhere.
After leaving the military, unresolved trauma, panic attacks, and profound burnout forced me to ask a different question:
What does real healing actually require?
That question changed everything.
For nearly thirty years I’ve immersed myself in studying the human body, trauma, movement, neuroscience, energy medicine, Human Design, ancient wisdom traditions, and the psychology of transformation.
What emerged wasn’t another collection of modalities.
It became a way of seeing people.
